In principle, all products and orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days free of charge to addresses in Switzerland. Products shipped to any other country in Europe may take 4 to 7 days. Shipping cost to Europe is CHF 9.-. If you order for more than CHF 100.-, shipping will be free. All products are shipped by the Swiss Post.

Is currently not possible.
Returns
The return periods apply from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return (currently only returns by post are possible). The return period is 14 days. The postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Compensation for expenses
- Unopened, undamaged original packaging: none
- Opened packaging or used product: at least 10% or minimum deduction of CHF 5.
